No Returns Are being accepted at this time.

All Sales Are Final Beyond 24 Hours Post-Purchase

At Vex21, we do not accept returns or modifications beyond 24 hours after purchase. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure that every item delivered is brand new and in its original condition.

Within the initial 24-hour window, refund requests are subject to internal review and may be approved at our discretion. Please note that in the event a refund is issued, it will cover the purchase price of the product only. All fees associated with shipping or shipping protection are non-refundable, as these services are allocated immediately upon the commencement of the fulfillment process.

While we have a no-returns policy, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be received by the customer.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at Vex21@vex21.support within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs.

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate course of action.

Chargebacks/Disputes

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible. We are on your team, providing immediate response, and we will do everything in our power to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback WILL BE HELD CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THEFT. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us at Vex21@vex21.support, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Vex21, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. To ensure clarity and transparency in our operations, we have established the following policy regarding order cancellations:

Customers are eligible to cancel their order under the following circumstances:

The cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order.

The order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Requests for cancellation beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated due to the progression of order processing.

  1. Valid Reasons for Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order if:

There is a genuine mistake in the order details (e.g., incorrect product, quantity, or shipping address).

The product is found to be out of stock or unavailable.

  1. Non-Acceptable Reasons for Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests based on the following reasons may not be accommodated:

Change of mind or preference after placing the order.

Accidental submission of the order.

Failure to read or understand the product description, specifications, or terms of sale.

Discount codes or promotional offers not applied during checkout.

Personal circumstances unrelated to the product or service provided.

Upon receiving a cancellation request, our team will assess the eligibility based on the criteria mentioned above.

If the cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria, the order will be canceled and a confirmation will be provided to the customer.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution processing times.
